Cover letter

I'm writing a cover letter to apply for a assembly secretary.

I have to write about my weakness. (relational weakness)

I have some difficulty choosing my weakness

Because I have many weakness.. And the Cover letter length limited.

So I have to choose one weakness.

And the chosen weakness can be overcome by myself.

And Must not be critical weakness for taking a positoin.

 

Ex.. 

I'm not good at talking

I'm not good at feelling a sympathy

I'm not outgoing.

I'm shy of strangers.

 

 

What is the best(?) Proper(?) weakness?..

I Think, I don’t care about other people’s reaction.

This is weakness & a strong point.

so I can appeal my positive side.

I couldn’t agree more. All the people have weakness and never perfectly overcome it. 

Through the Cover letter, employer want to know the person who apply for a job and want to know that he is proper for a job. So employee should inform about himself by the weakness. And inform that this weakness will not cause negative incident but effect positive result.

So I’m thinking about this.
