The story of Samaritan.

You may know this story.

 

In this story, an expert in the law ask to Jesus, "who is my neighbor"

 

I have a similar question.

 

I have many many neighborhood.

Family, friends, Citizen, Korean, mankind, all the living things.

 

In the past, just 100 years ago, If I was born at that time, I may not concern about Korean, citizen, etc. 

Because in that time, I was hard to know the other people's situation.

 

But today I know many many problem in this world. 

Problem happens not just to my friends but also to the Korean.

 

In this situations, who is my neighbor that I should concentrate on.

 

My this question started when I was a college student, about 5 years ago.

 

Since that time, I have been changing my thought and today my thought is like after.

 

 

Sometimes I will be sorry for my family or friends or etc. 

But I should focus on my work that not for myself but for in need people.

 

In need people may not know who I am. 

Also I may not know who they are.

 

But it is true that my life has been influenced by other people's struggle.

And it is true that my life has an effect on the other people's life.

 

So I work for good things (good has many meanings_), it will influence to someone, whom I think a neighbor.

 

In this context, "Love your neighbor as yourself" is a heartless order.

Because, sometimes I must choice the person who is my 'neighbor'.

But I think, I should not be afraid of other's reputation such as 'you're heartless'.
